Dear Friend,

On (date), I will be riding for (miles) with my (team/family/friends/)for the (name of bike event) Bike MS benefiting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and it’s New Jersey Metro Jersey Chapter.  Over 100,000 cyclists will participate in Bike MS throughout the US this year.

MS is a chronic, often disabling disease that attacks your nervous system. The progress, severity, and specific symptoms of the disease cannot be predicted and symptoms may range from numbness to paralysis or blindness.  Most people with MS are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 50, but the unpredictable physical and emotional effects can last forever.  Join the Movement and help the National MS Society in its dedication to end multiple sclerosis.

With your help, I hope to make a difference in the lives of those with MS. Over 16,000 families in New Jersey alone are affected by multiple sclerosis. The goal of the event is to raise over $1 million in an effort to fund a miracle cure. By riding in this ride, I am taking part in making that miracle happen for so many families.   My personal goal is (amount).  Any pledge amount you can offer will be greatly appreciated!  Thank you in advance for your support.
